For example, monitoring the quality of teaching and learning, tracking students’ attitudes to learning and current levels of performance based on personalised interventions that will vary depending on the child’s phase of learning. We believe these key principles are fundamental. The richness of curriculum provision and learning opportunities will be at the heart of the vision for the new school.

In a changing educational landscape, we continue to be committed to building capacity to make significant contributions to school-led system leadership. As a National Teaching School, we provide high quality Joint Practice Development (JPD) and school to school support across Wildern Academy Trust and the Teaching School Alliance in order to increase expertise and influence continuous improvement. This has been achieved by creating a culture where students and staff are innovative, creative and prepared to take risks, and to learn from experience and evidence.
