Governance Structure

As part of the Wildern Multi Academy Trust structure there is a detailed and comprehensive Governance plan that covers all aspects of the governance of the MAT. The main structure and the plan highlights the details of roles and responsibilities as set down in the scheme of delegation.

The Trust Board comprises of volunteers who have the appropriate skills to support all schools within the MAT.  A diverse expertise exists and has a strong track record of strategically appointing trustees with the relevant skills and experience.
