Trust IT Technician (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm. Grade D – Step 1 - £21,778 plus 24 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The Wildern Academy Trust comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. Role is to be based at Wildern, but flexibility within the role will be required. We are looking to recruit a Technician to support and develop the Wildern Academy Trust IT systems. The Trust currently offers Windows and Mac operating systems, both server-side and in the classroom. The Trust allows users to access content using their own personal devices, and maintains its own network infrastructure, web services and telephony. We take pride in maintaining as much of our own systems as possible and potential candidates should want to take pride in this too.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the systems described above, but also a focus on how new technologies can be a positive influence on teaching and learning.
You will need excellent technical and problem solving skills, and a record of delivering the highest quality support to users in a busy and time pressured environment.
